EVERYONE HAS A GUILTY PLEASURE.
Mine just happens to be every sweet treat on this planet. Indulging in sweets has been a past time since I was a kid, eating as much chocolate, candy and cookies as I could get my hands on. I had to take it a little easy after my dentist scolded me for how many cavities he found (oops).

As I grew older and had many, many more sweets, I noticed that my palette was evolving and the flavors I was craving weren't easily accessible in my local bakeries. I kept wondering "Where can I find macarons in Jersey City that I like?" After binge-watching 'The Great British Baking Show', I was motivated to start baking and creating flavors that I really wanted to indulge in.

My friends and family became my taste testers whenever I whipped up a new creation. They are the driving force behind turning my hobby into a business.
GIVING BACK
I am passionate about an organization called America Needs You, a non-profit organization that fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students. As the first-generation American, I've seen the hardships my parents had to endure while I was growing up: juggling school and work to make ends meet, learning a new language and raising a family in an unfamiliar place. ANY gives me the opportunity to pass down the knowledge and experience I've gained to the next generation of college students.
