Limited Time Only! Choux au craquelin, otherwise known as "crack buns", are cream puffs with a brown sugar crust on top. Once you eat one of these, you can never go back to a regular cream puff again.

This listing is for a set of 6 crack buns, which are typically around 3-3.5" in diameter. They are filled with your choice of filling (options are below). You can also choose to get these filled with a custom filling of your choice - please email us at maysmacarons@gmail.com to ensure that we can accommodate your flavor filling.

NOTE: This product is only available for pick up or delivery around the Jersey City, Hoboken & NYC area. If you place an order and ask for it to be shipped to you, your order will be CANCELED.

FRESHLY BAKED, FROM OUR DOOR TO YOURS

Choux au craquelin is best served within a few hours of baking and filling. Because of how delicate the treats are, they are always freshly baked, made-to-order and only available for pickup/delivery in the Jersey City/Hoboken/NYC area. If you are unsure of whether you are able to get these delivered to you, please contact us at maysmacarons@gmail.com.

For best results, consume immediately or refrigerate upon arrival and consume within 1-2 hours. These generally cannot be frozen once baked, we do not recommend freezing baked choux au craquelin. The cold air will generally make the crust less crispy, so please be careful even when refrigerating them.
